Crash Closes US-127 Entrance Ramp on East Side of Lansing for Nearly Three Hours

LANSING, Mich. — A two-vehicle crash on Tuesday night temporarily closed an entrance ramp to US-127 on Lansing’s east side, causing traffic delays for nearly three hours.

The incident occurred near the intersection of East Grand River Avenue and Homer Street, directly in front of the ramp leading onto US-127. Authorities closed the ramp around 8:05 p.m. to manage the scene and clear the wreckage.

The ramp remained closed until 10:43 p.m., when it was reopened to traffic. Details regarding the cause of the crash or whether any injuries were sustained have not yet been released.
