Lansing, MI — Lansing police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 41-year-old man in connection with a stabbing that occurred earlier this month. Authorities are seeking Brent Dennis, who they describe as a person of interest in the case.
The stabbing took place on December 18, 2024, at approximately 12:30 a.m. Police responded to the scene in the 500 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue, where they discovered a 47-year-old male victim with a stab wound to his abdomen. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
At this time, Dennis has not been charged with a crime, but police are looking to speak with him regarding the incident. Dennis is described as standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 270 pounds.
