Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Suspects in Gas Station Theft

Lansing, MI – The Adrian Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals involved in a recent theft at a local gas station. The suspects are accused of stealing cash and vaping products from the Lighting Quick gas station on West Maumee Street.

According to police reports, the two suspects entered the gas station wearing hooded jackets, masks, and gloves, making it difficult for store employees and security cameras to capture clear images of their faces. However, one of the suspects was reportedly carrying a gray Adidas backpack with “Ritters 39” emblazoned on the back, which could help in identifying the individual.

The theft occurred in the early evening hours, and police believe the suspects left the scene in a vehicle, though no specific details about the vehicle have been released at this time.

“We are asking anyone with information to come forward,” said a spokesperson for the Adrian Police Department. “Even the smallest detail could help us track down these suspects and bring them to justice.”

Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area or who has information about the suspects to contact the Adrian Police Department. Tips can be reported anonymously by calling 517-264-4808.

The Adrian Police Department is continuing to investigate the incident and is working to review any available surveillance footage that may lead to further details about the suspects.
