LANSING, Mich. — The Lansing Police Department is turning to the public for assistance in solving two ongoing cases this week, including an attempted armed robbery and a property damage warrant.
The first case involves an attempted armed robbery that took place on the 3600 block of South Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Lansing. The incident occurred during the early morning hours of April 20, 2025, and police are seeking information to help identify three men believed to be involved. Authorities are urging anyone who might have witnessed the incident or has information regarding the suspects to come forward.
In addition, the Lansing Police Department is looking for Rebecca Lynne Couthen, 46, who is wanted on a warrant for property damage in the city. Couthen is described as 5’5″ tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. Anyone who has seen Couthen or knows her whereabouts is asked to contact authorities.
Crime Stoppers of Mid-Michigan is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest or resolution of these cases. Tips can be submitted anonymously, and the public is encouraged to call (517) 483-STOP if they have any information.
